Connections, Non-dual awareness, Journey to bliss: Ultimate truth

 <In a video format>

The Question

What if the secret to true happiness lies in how you see yourself and the world around you?

---

Non-Dual Awareness

"Tat Tvam Asi" (Tatvamasi), a Sanskrit phrase from the Upanishads, translates to You Are That. This profound teaching reveals that you are not separate from the universe, the people around you, or the world you live in. Through the lens of non-duality, we perceive the divine essence in everything, merging the roles of observer and observed. This perspective dissolves rigid thoughts, structures, and attachments, allowing us to experience true oneness.

---

The Maya

Māyā creates the illusion of separation: "me vs. them," "us vs. the world," "good vs. bad," "judgment." Yet, this division is an illusion, a veil concealing the truth of unity and interconnectedness.

---

The Ultimate Truth

The same divine essence flows through all beings—yourself, your loved ones, strangers, and even nature. When you recognize this, every interaction becomes sacred, and every connection gains meaning. This is the ultimate truth: we are not separate; we are One.

---

The Path to Divine Union

To build deep, lasting connections, begin by discovering divine union within yourself. Harmonize the feminine (Shakti) and masculine (Shiva) energies within, cultivating profound self-love.

Masculine (Shiva): Represents structure, action, focus, and logic (consciousness).

Feminine (Shakti): Embodies receptivity, intuition, flow, and nurturing (creation).

When these energies align, love flows effortlessly, conflicts dissolve, and joy emerges naturally. From this inner fullness, love radiates outward, fostering compassion and understanding in every interaction.

---

The Invitation

To experience life’s true beauty, transcend the ego and rediscover your true nature. In this essence lies your greatest gift—your soul's purpose.

Start today: Pause. Breathe. Observe the spaces between thoughts, sounds, and breaths. Bliss is not external or separate; it is your very essence.

From Thinking to Feeling To Presence: Embodied Authentic Connections

In a society that often prioritizes logic, achievement, and mental prowess, we find ourselves disconnected from our emotions and deeper selves. This disconnection can manifest as overthinking, emotional repression, and a lack of authentic connection with others. Transitioning from a "brain-on-a-stick" existence to an emotionally embodied, present, and connected way of being is a transformative journey— enriching personal life and deepen relationships.

This writeup intends to share perspectives on the journey from thinking to feeling to presence, drawing on my experiences, practices, and insights, paving way for a more embodied, authentic existence.

---

The Cultural Programming of Disconnection

Many people specifically men are raised in environments that discourage emotional expression. While some cultures explicitly state, "Men don’t cry," others foster a subtler narrative: emotions are messy, irrational, and best kept under wraps. This emotional suppression often leads to a life dominated by overthinking, rationalization, and a disconnection from the body and feelings.

Even for those who escape explicit programming, there remains a cultural bias favoring intellect and achievement over emotional depth and relational awareness. For those seeking deeper fulfillment and connection, breaking free from this conditioning is the first step.

---

The Journey from Thinking to Feeling

1. Moments of Awakening

For many, the journey begins with moments that crack open the rigid barriers of logic.

Transformative experiences: Encounters at music festivals, retreats, in art, or through travel that offer a glimpse into the emotional and relational depth.

Exposure to emotionally rich cultures: Immersion in environments where emotional expression is celebrated can challenge ingrained habits of repression.

These moments may not immediately lead to emotional intelligence but serve as critical initiations for deeper connection.

2. Building Emotional Awareness

The transition from thinking to feeling requires cultivating awareness of emotions, both in oneself and others. In the context of:

Romantic Relationships: Honest, vulnerable relationships with partners are a powerful crucible for emotional growth. Confronting heartbreak, desire, and interpersonal challenges can open emotional pathways previously blocked or ignored.

Friendships of Virtue: Surrounding oneself with friends willing to provide honest feedback and hold space for vulnerability support deeper understanding of oneself and others.

3. Practices of Embodiment

Regular practices can help men reconnect with their bodies and emotions:

Somatic Practices: Activities like breathwork, movement dance, kundalini yoga and meditation encourage emotional processing and release.

Relational Exercises: Workshops in radical honesty, authentic relating, provide frameworks for emotional exploration and truth seeking/telling.

Overcoming Challenge:

Avoiding Emotional Overload

We fear that embracing emotions will lead to chaos or a loss of control. This fear is valid; diving into emotional work without guidance can feel overwhelming. Structured practices, trusted mentors, and gradual progress can help navigate this terrain without becoming lost in it.

Balancing Emotion with Action

While emotions are a powerful guide, living solely from feelings can lead to instability. The goal is not to abandon rationality but to integrate it with emotional intelligence, creating a balanced and centered life.

The Pitfall of Self-development journey

In some spiritual or relating circles, there's a tendency to endlessly process emotions without moving forward. True emotional growth involves transmuting emotions into presence, clarity, and action. Transitioning from a path of self development towards a path of self mastery

The Deeper Layers: From Feeling to Presence

Emotions and feelings are not the final destination. As emotional blocks are released, a deeper layer of presence begins to emerge. This state can be recognised by:

Equanimity: A grounded ability to feel emotions without being consumed by them.

Compassion: Heart centered emotional processing, allowing for deeper connections with others.

Purposeful Action: Clarity of direction integrating intellect and emotional depth.

 Embodying Authentic Connections

1. Daily Embodiment Practices:

Spend 10–15 minutes daily in breathwork, movement, or somatic awareness to process emotions and reconnect with the body activating life energy.

2. Engage in Honest Relationships:

Invest in friendships and partnerships where vulnerability, feedback, and honesty are celebrated

3. Explore Emotional Development:

Workshops, retreats, or programs that emphasize emotional intelligence and authentic relating

4. Integrate Emotion and Purpose:

Align personal and professional life with a deeper sense of purpose, using intuition / emotions as a guide rather than a limitation.

Transitioning from thinking to feeling is not about abandoning logic or rationality but t integrating emotional intelligence into the way we live and relate. For men, this journey is a path to deeper, more meaningful connections—with others and with themselves. By cultivating vulnerability, presence, and a deeper connection to their emotional world.

Embodied authenticity isn’t a destination; it’s a way of being. It’s about showing up in the world as a fully present, emotionally aware, and deeply connected individual. And as we do so, we not only create deeper relationships but also contribute to a more compassionate and authentic world.

LOVE

Love finds you

In most unexpected

Love is connection,

You see you a piece of you

Guiding and rising

Higher vibrations

Love is understanding

& co-creating the story

It takes you

For a little ride

Like a drug

Flying and staying

Transient of time

It silently reminds you,

You are alive

You are human

Your hormones work

You heart is open

In the end

Love is surrender

& Love is also a choice

We make every single day.

A Beloved Relationship

Defining a "Beloved Relationship"

A beloved relationship transcends conventional partnerships; it embodies qualities like devotion, admiration, and mutual transcendence to highher vibration planes. Where not only 1+1 is more than 2, the energies come together for a divine union with the intention of creating life.

It requires commitment through little challenges, admiration of each others outer and inner beauty, and a capacity for deep emotional and spiritual connection.

Self-Preparation

1. Understanding Love:

To attract a beloved relationship, one must first understand, recognize, and open our hearts to receiving love of this magnitude.

Unhealed beliefs like "I’m unworthy of love", or "I don't like compliments" etc can unconsciously block this kind of relationship.

Developing the ability to accept/receive and reciprocate love is crucial.

2. Letting Her Appear:

Instead of radically altering one’s life, expand awareness within existing life. By becoming more present and attuned to intuition, one can naturally notice potential partners. Follow your curiosity and see where it takes you.

Avoid inauthentic actions, such as drastically changing one’s lifestyle solely to meet women. However do whatever needs for you to develop deep self love and acceptance. While being and expressing your true authentic self.

3. Healing and Vulnerability:

Address personal, cultural and generational wounds (such as wounded masculine archetype) and unresolved issues through therapy, spirituality, or inner work, to deeper understanding and compassion for each other.

While complete healing is a life long journey, being open and expanding awareness about vulnerabilities deepen connections and are key to growing together in life and therefore a sustainable relationship.

4. Inner and Outer Alignment:

Cultivate a loving relationship with self through practices like meditation, fun activities, nature, or creative, somatic ways.

Get clarity on your life’s purpose and direction. A man with clear goals and values is more attractive for a women seeking a meaningful journey.

Attracting the Beloved Relationship

1. Authenticity in Dating:

Approach dating with honesty about personal struggles and aspirations, rather than masking insecurities or seeking validation.

Create safe spaces for mutual understanding, deep emotional intimacy.

2. Growth and Purpose-driven Mindset:

Focus on aligning work and relationships with a sense of soulful purpose, rather than material success alone.

A life filled with passion for soulful activities and self-mastery in sports and skills creates an inviting environment for a loving partnership and inspiring space for raising children.

3. Journey and Legacy:

What is your destination, the quality of the journey, and the condition of your "adventure ship" (inner self)?

A woman will evaluate whether joining your journey aligns with her own goals and aspirations.

A beloved relationship is a balance between spiritual self-exploration, personal healing, and purpose led co-creation of the life journey.

Deep relationships and soulful purpose led work are interconnected, each fueling the other to bring the bests out of both partners individual life journey.

Being Musical

Do u remember attending classes in ur preteen days and even younger in UKg and Lkg days?
How u used to say Goooooooooooooooood Moooooooooooorning Maaaaaam. Making a rhythmic chant ,where each and every student of the class filled in, and then out in the morning prayers, u wud be amazed to observe how a 5 yr old can strain his chords at the end of the anthem , when the same being sung by a pro. would stop at. 1.2.3.4. fullstop.
Well it is the first time i am trying my hands on writing a blog which i always wanted to, but it kept on getting postponed due to lack of title n matter. And now that the lack of alternate job overpowerd the lack of title n matter, here u are reading my blog :)i would also like to add, that behind every successful blog there is a woman behind it ,which btw i am not going to disclose here.:-s
Sometimes life throws lemons at u, u get salt and tequila ,but at times it throws situations like theese? when u are simply gloomy for not much of a reason ? u are travelling ,surrounded by random strangers *ofcours with no single girl around* :P ? u are sitting on a rock facing the sea.and u miss a company? if u have a single room and u are sleepless ? u are eagerly waiting for som1's call with some faith ? when u have no control of things going around u? There is always a simple crack to this. Find some music to suit your mood and just let it flow through yours ears into your soul. Let it take control of you. Feel the vibe, you enter a trance , where u forget everything.
But music in any damn form is not the way. It can be an ache in the head too. Unwanted level of music(read:noise) increases in the days of festivals which btw are meant to be enjoyable.

To an extent music & dance works. Relieves u of some unwanted stresses after a week long of slogging.
I hope i have been good to the major portion of the population, coz at the end of the day hypocrites survive too in this darned universe.
Regards!
